Reserved a table online - it worked great. Pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly service. The menu was very extensive, so the decision was all the more difficult as everything sounded delicious. Our decision was definitely the right one. Super tender meat with a delicious side dish. We were very satisfied! Thank you for the lovely evening!

The schnitzel didn't taste good at all and wasn't freshly prepared either, it was on the table 5 minutes after ordering. Fry a schnitzel in 5 minutes and then bake it, it can't be fresh. In addition, you have to pay extra for parrying the schnitzel ...... I've never seen that before. We've been there once and won't go there a second time ...

A beautiful, super well-kept restaurant. The staff are all super friendly. The food (German / Austrian cuisine) came quickly and everyone liked it, but you should definitely reserve a table in the evenings (on weekends). Somewhat higher in price! Visited the 10th on a Friday evening in September.

Delicious! I went to the Schnitzelhus for dinner with my parents and in-laws, everyone was very satisfied. The tables are also a little further apart so that you can still have a good chat when the house is full. Definitely to be recommended!

Why look into the distance..... When the good is so close I drove past it 1000 times and finally reserved a table today. Very, very tasty schnitzel variations from turkey, veal and pork. The food is okay but nothing special. Only the waiter was a disaster. He was so rude that our jaws dropped. Situation: We came in at 1.30 p.m. and the waiter came up to us and immediately said that we should do it at 2.30 p.m. and if we still want to eat something, we should please hurry up. They don't care if we're done or not. Absolute NO GO !! And that an hour before the store opens. The waiter also shares this with everyone who came in after us. And when we wanted another table (as we were sitting in the middle of the entrance area and the shop was empty. That would have been feasible without a problem) the waiter immediately misunderstood and wanted to know why and what was wrong with him. He was clearly annoyed. Hospitality is different. Unfortunately not again.

For us, despite the middle of the week and enough free tables, it was still very unfriendly and hectic, not even a "hello" or "good day" I've never seen anything like that. Gruff and sloppy. To the other negative reviews I would like to add that if you have a lot of tables you should also be able to serve them, outside seats were completely unoccupied when the weather was really nice. Those who cannot deliver the self-praised quality with many guests should ask themselves whether their concept should not be revised accordingly. Your ability to remotely prepare a psychological assessment of my person is sought after by the Nobel Prize. How you explain my 5 star rating for a restaurant in Schwarzenbek therefore remains your secret. Your "explanations" on the subject of where I usually eat to save money corresponds to our experience at your door: Economical communication without waiting for a reaction. Very good Austrian cuisine! The best was the boiled beef! Great taste and very nicely presented! The service was friendly and attentive. You should reserve here as it is always quite full! Who likes Austrian cuisine must have been there!

Simply excellent. The service is super courteous and very competent. The dishes are ingeniously prepared and really tasty. Unfortunately couldn't try everything from the menu, but I would have liked. An absolute must if you want to eat deliciously in Schneverdingen.

It is correct that we did not eat at your place - we were turned away by the waiter, together with our children and grandchildren, because you would be closing soon and there would not be enough time to eat. It was just before 12:45 p.m. - they close at 2:30 p.m. A group of cyclists came with us (even without a reservation) - this was accepted without any problems. It seems that you don't want children. Basically I would have no problem with that - you could state it on the homepage, then you would be able to save yourself the journey

Great food and very good wines. The service is great. Always friendly and you can see exactly what you should order from the expression on your face. Just great. We go to the Schnitzelhus at regular intervals and have never had a bad meal.

We visited the Schnitzelhus restaurant today on vacation in Schneverdingen through a recommendation from our friends. Since I live in Austria, I can rate this restaurant better. I have to say: The schnitzel - so delicious and high quality - we don't even have so many variations in Austria! The Kaiserschmarrn so juicy and delicious. In this bad weather, this meal and the beautiful atmosphere with the very friendly service from the specialist saved our day of vacation! If you value quality and are willing to pay for it, we can recommend the Schnitzelhus with a clear conscience! P.S .: It is better to make a reservation, as we have observed that non-reserved people had to leave. The restaurant is an insider tip and is rarely found!

The food is delicious. There are schnitzel in all variations. The service is open-minded, charming and funny. Drinks and food are served quickly - so you don't have to wait long. The portions are also a decent size. You will definitely get full for your money here. A star deduction for being a little more expensive. In particular, starters and desserts (soup> 7 € and Kaiserschmarren> 11 €) are priced above average. In the overall picture, however, definitely worth a visit if you like to eat schnitzel.
